Expert design work including virtual tour.
Permits, line locates, liability insurance, H.O.A submittal, and all city inspections. Layout swimming pool for client inspection prior to excavation, irrigation test, and plumbing stub-out.
Excavation- Fence removal, precise form set, expert track Bob Cat for dirt removal, including hand contouring. Forms checked twice for perfect level.
Steel- Schedule is 8" on center (O.C), reinforced on 4" center at stress points, #3 and #4 rebar throughout, true 4-bar box beam with a 14" x 14" beam.
Electrical- Pool has bonding loop #8 completely around, including a #6 stinger to spa and deep end. Lights are bonded with #8 with G.F.C.I. protection. All this makes for 3 times the requirement.
Gunite- Beam 14" thick, walls and bottom 8" thick, 7 sack mix, no rebound (waste concrete) used in structural parts of pool. Protective barrier is used to protect home and other structures. Limited lifetime warranty on the shell of the pool.
Plumbing- Schedule 40 plumbing, using sweep 90's up to 15% more flow. Independent anti-snag, anti-vortex drains, including all suction lines equipped with Jandy valves. All plumbing is plumbed into a 2 1/2" manifold for reduced head pressure. All returns are set with ball valves for the perfect flow. All plumbing is tested up to 35 psi for a 5 day minimum to ensure no leaks. All skimmers are plumbed independently with extra heavy duty skimmer, including specialized never clog baskets.
Equipment- Totally Hayward means that we can provide a full 3 year warranty on all equipment. There are some exclusions- please ask for details.
Premium large flagstone (6 to choose from) or brick coping (25 to choose from), 6" waterline tile (200 to choose from), 400 Sq.Ft. concrete decking (many upgrades available), white plaster finish, start up, chemicals, and "pool school" included.
